Morning Terry - so my first impressions here are that both the games music and the 'dinosaurs in popular culture' are examples of ideas that need to be situated in older, more established debates - so I'd look at film music theory as a precursor; in terms of dinosaurs, I think you'd need to think about looking at the idea of 'the Sublime'. In terms of Wall-E, as that film is issue-driven and obviously satirical of capitalism, it would make for a very immediate and rich candidate for a 2000 word essay.
